Our Offerings
Three Engagement Formats, Each Designed for a Different Stage of Change
Whether you are beginning to think about a transition, already managing one, or leading a sustained effort across a quarter, there is an Orrundo engagement designed for where you are.
Back to HomeOur Methodology
A Structured Approach That Adapts to Your Organisation's Reality
Every Orrundo engagement follows a consistent underlying method: we listen before we advise, we document what we find, and we work with your team — not around them. But the shape of that method adjusts to the size and nature of the change you are managing.
Our engagements are not off-the-shelf products. Before any work begins, we take time to understand your organisation's context — what the change involves, who it affects, and where the pressure points are likely to be. That scoping conversation informs everything that follows.
We have found that the most useful advisory work is neither too prescriptive nor too open-ended. Our phase-based model gives both parties a shared reference point, while leaving enough room to respond to what actually surfaces as the engagement progresses.
Scoping Conversation
We begin with a short, no-obligation conversation to understand the nature of the change, the timeline, and the people involved. This helps us recommend the right engagement type.
Written Scope and Agreement
Once both parties agree on the engagement type, we issue a written scope document. This confirms what is included, what the deliverables will be, and how the engagement will proceed.
Active Engagement
The engagement runs according to the agreed scope, with regular communication and check-ins built in. We raise unexpected findings promptly and adjust together as needed.
Deliverable Handover
All engagements conclude with the agreed deliverables, reviewed together with your team. We allow time to answer questions and ensure the outputs are clearly understood before closing.
Engagement A
Change Readiness Conversation
A gentle first engagement designed for managers and leaders who are planning an upcoming change and want to understand — before announcing anything — how prepared their people are, and where support may be needed.
We conduct a short set of guided interviews with relevant people in your organisation. These conversations are informal and confidential. We then summarise what we heard: the sentiments, the concerns, and the practical considerations your team should know about before moving forward.
The engagement is bounded and fast — designed to fit within one week without placing significant demands on your team's time.
Engagement B
Transition Support Programme
A structured engagement suited to companies that are already committed to a change — such as the introduction of new processes or structures — and need help moving their team through it with clear communication and steady checkpoints.
Our consultants work alongside your management team to co-create a practical change plan, draft staff communications, and outline how to gather feedback as the transition unfolds. The work spans approximately four weeks, with defined touchpoints along the way.
The result is a transition that your people understand, with the tools to communicate it clearly and the structure to track how it is landing.
Engagement C
Change Advisory Retainer
An ongoing advisory arrangement for organisations managing a meaningful shift across a longer timeframe. This retainer is designed for leadership teams that want a consistent external perspective as the change develops — not just a one-off intervention.
We hold regular sessions across three months, reviewing how the transition is landing, adjusting the advisory focus as circumstances evolve, and tracking progress across the quarter. The engagement concludes with a Closing Reflection Report that captures what was learned and what the organisation carries forward.
Best suited to organisations undergoing structural change, cultural shifts, or extended process transformation where sustained advisory support adds meaningful value.

Across All Engagements
Professional Standards That Apply to Every Engagement
Confidentiality by Default
All client information is handled under formal confidentiality. Nothing shared in our sessions is attributed to individuals in any report or communication.
Written Scope Before Work Begins
Every engagement starts with a written scope agreement. There are no surprises on fees or deliverables — both parties agree on what is included before any work starts.
PDPA-Aligned Practices
We handle personal data in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act, maintaining secure document storage throughout and after each engagement.
Proactive Communication
If something unexpected surfaces mid-engagement, we raise it promptly. We do not save findings for the final handover if earlier awareness would help your team act better.
Ethical Advisory Boundaries
We operate as strategy and process advisors. We do not offer regulated professional advice, and we are clear about the boundaries of our role throughout each engagement.
Post-Engagement Support
After every engagement closes, we remain available for a brief follow-up if questions arise about the deliverables — at no additional charge.
