Phase 01 — Orientation
Helping Your Organisation Move Through Change, Steadily
Orrundo works alongside Malaysian leadership teams to make transitions clearer, more considered, and better supported — from the first conversation to the final reflection.
Phase 02 — Engagement
Our Advisory Offerings
Three focused engagements designed to meet you where your organisation is — whether you are just beginning to consider a change or already mid-way through one.
Phase A
Change Readiness Conversation
A gentle first engagement that helps leaders understand how prepared their people are for an upcoming change. We listen across a short set of interviews and summarise what we find — along with practical considerations to keep in mind.
- Guided stakeholder conversations
- Readiness summary document
- Suggested supports list
- Fits within one week
Phase B
Transition Support Programme
A structured engagement that helps your team move through a defined change with clear communication and steady checkpoints. Our consultants co-create a simple change plan and draft messages for staff.
- Co-created change plan
- Communication outline for staff
- Feedback approach framework
- Approximately four weeks
Phase C
Change Advisory Retainer
An ongoing advisory arrangement that walks alongside leadership through a longer change effort. We hold regular sessions, review how the transition is landing, and adjust the approach with care across three months.
- Monthly advisory sessions
- Running progress notes
- Closing reflection report
- Three-month engagement
Phase 03 — Value
What Sets Orrundo Apart
Grounded in Practice
Our consultants have worked inside Malaysian organisations. The perspectives we bring are shaped by experience in the region, not borrowed from elsewhere.
Structured Yet Flexible
We bring clear frameworks to every engagement, then adapt them to your team's actual situation — not the other way around.
We Listen First
Before we offer anything, we take time to understand what your people are experiencing. That listening shapes everything that follows.
Clear Deliverables
Every engagement ends with something tangible — a summary, a plan, a report — so your team always knows what was covered and what comes next.
Confidential and Considered
Organisational change often surfaces sensitive matters. We handle everything shared with us with care and discretion throughout.
Priced for Accessibility
Our fee structure is transparent and designed to make professional change advisory accessible to mid-sized organisations, not only large enterprises.
Phase 04 — Next Step
Ready to Have an Honest Conversation About Your Next Change?
Whether you are planning something new or already navigating a shift, we are here to help you think it through — without pressure, without jargon.
Phase 05 — Clarity
Common Questions
What kinds of organisations does Orrundo work with?
We typically work with mid-sized organisations in Malaysia — across sectors such as professional services, finance, education, and operations — that are going through a defined change such as restructuring, new process rollouts, or team-level transitions. We are a good fit when the people side of the change matters as much as the operational side.
How quickly can an engagement begin?
A Change Readiness Conversation can typically begin within a week of our first meeting. The Transition Support Programme and Retainer require a short scoping session first, which we aim to schedule within a few days of your enquiry. We do not take on more engagements than we can attend to well, so availability varies.
Are the sessions held on-site in Kuala Lumpur or online?
We offer both. Many clients in the Klang Valley prefer a mix — in-person sessions for the initial conversations and key checkpoints, with remote sessions in between. For organisations outside Kuala Lumpur, fully remote engagement is available and works well for most of our work.
What does the Readiness Summary actually include?
The summary is a short, structured document — typically four to six pages — that reflects what we heard across conversations. It covers the general sentiment around the upcoming change, areas where people feel uncertain or underprepared, and a concise list of practical supports that leadership may want to consider before moving forward.
Is the information shared in sessions kept confidential?
Yes. We treat everything shared in our sessions with discretion. Individual contributions are presented in aggregate — we never attribute specific comments to named individuals in our reports. Before any engagement begins, we discuss how information will be handled so that everyone involved feels comfortable participating openly.
How are the fees structured, and is there a payment schedule?
The Change Readiness Conversation is invoiced in full at the start of the engagement. The Transition Support Programme is typically split across two invoices — at commencement and midway. The Advisory Retainer is billed monthly. We issue formal invoices in Malaysian Ringgit, and all fees are inclusive of our standard deliverables as described.
